Starting out with a goal of let’s say “I want to gain 1-2 lbs of lean muscle a week” would be a more realistic goal.
The best time to start training? NOW!
No matter what your goal is...the best way to achieve that goal is to actually START! Those muscles will not build themselves...that 6 pack will not magically appear on its own.
